The fitting is bright, knurled for grip and machined with tight tolerance in mind.. Thank god I found this, works great on my 22” Blackstone and and Travel trailer quick connect port.

This is exactly what I needed to hook my Blackstone 17" grill into my RV propane system. In the outdoor kitchen, there is a hook up line that runs from the front propane bottle to the back for the cook top and the Aussie grill. This quick connect allowed me to hook into the hose for the Aussie grill with no additional accessories.
The title says it all. If you have a Blackstone grill and are looking to connect to your RV’s propane, this is a must have. The elbow connects to the Blackstone by hand (no tools necessary) and the hose is the perfect length.
I recently picked up a Blackstone 22 and wanted to be able to hook it straight up to my campers propane system via the already supplied QD. I searched and found some DIY options, and then I found this from Propane Gear... All in all, this solution looks like it would cost about as much as a DIY set-up, however, all the leg work of searching for different parts is done already with the Torjik Converta-BP setup. So, I placed my order and about 3 days later it was in my hands. Everything fits perfectly as expected, and I get a nice, full steady flame when using it. My only complaint is that I did send Propane Gear a FB message a week ago and still have not gotten a response... now that I have the item in hand I was able to answer my question, but still, a response would have been nice. My question for them was if it would be ok to use a 12 foot hose when there was already about 27 foot of rubber hose running from my tanks at the front of my camper to the point at which the QD was... this combination gives me almost 40 foot of rubber hose that the propane travels through before reaching my griddle... I had read that longer distances could result in lower pressures... As it turns out in my case, the pressure seems to be fine. So, if you are looking for a simple solution to hook your Blackstone up to your RV's QD, this is the way to go!
Shipped FAST, now I can throw away the one pound tanks for both of my Blackstones.
