The Torjik CONVERTA•Q+2® kit allows you to convert your WEBER® Q1000/Q1200/Q2000® portable propane grill to a quick-connect setup for use on your RV's regulated propane quick-connect supply port. The CONVERTA•Q+2® kit includes a 12 Ft. propane hose with necessary brass connections for the conversion with quick-connect fittings on both the grill end and the RV end of the hose. The kit also includes a 1 oz. tube of Pipe Joint Compound and 2 oz. bottle of Torjik LEAK•SEE. The CONVERTA•Q+2® makes using your WEBER® Q® easier and more enjoyable than ever.

Weber Q series RV Quick-Connect kit
Very easy to install and instructions were spot on (recommend watching folks do it on YouTube prior to doing it). We are all set to grill off our Airstream propane tanks!

Weber Q RV quick-connect
Very high quality product that works as expected. It was so easy to install I thought I had forgotten to do something! I was concerned the grill wouldn't get as hot off the LP gas lines as it did from the heavy propane bottle I usually lug around, but I actually noticed no difference in grill performance using this quick-connect. Highly recommend!

The hose assembly appears to be what I was looking for.
I have not made the modification yet, but hope to soon. I wish that the instructions had photos/diagrams to go with them.

A life saver and so easy
I was so frustrated trying to hook up my weber Q to my RV. I searched online for a conversion kit and found this. I love it. It was so easy to install. The kit came with everything you need. installed it in 15 minutes from getting out my tools to cleaning up. I love how everything quick connects and you have made it so easy to check for leaks. I followed the install video on you tube. Thanks!!!!

Thanks to John and employees at PropaneGear. Weber Q RV Quick-Connect Plus Kit arrived within 3 days. Simple install with step-by-step instructions. Will be grilling Memorial weekend and here on out without 1lb. propane bottles.

Easy install. Very well thought out. High quality parts.
The description for this item is a little bit lacking so let me tell you how it works. This kit is similar to the Converta-Q kit except that the part that connects to the grill is a male QD that connects into a female QD on the hose. This allows you to remove the hose completely from the grill to stow it. I think this will make the hose last much longer, and when I do have to replace it, I will only have to get a new hose, no need to re-install the fittings.
This is a very nice kit. The hose and fittings are obviously top quality. The extra-generous supply of thread sealer and leak check will last me for many more projects. The instructions as written are actually pretty easy to follow, but without pictures may not work for everyone. Just watch the video for the Converta-Q kit and you'll get the general idea.
I'm so happy that I can now connect my Q directly to my RV. No more little bottles. Planning to get the Torjik Quick-Tank next so I can use the grill with a big tank sometimes. -
Perfect!!!
Order arrived in two days. Well packaged with clear instructions. Removed regular from grill and install quick connection valve. Simple... test fitted the hose to my RV quick connection and to the newly installed grill quick connection. Turned gas on and checked for leaks. Total install time about 15 minutes from start to finish.
